Suncrest
Like all my Solar Festivals, it begins at dawn and lasts for three days. It finally got hot here and today was supposed to top 100. So per my usual I’ll skip the bonfire and go with candles for three days.
I’ve invited both my companions over for dinner and talking and things on Saturday. That way we can get up dark and early on Sunday and watch the solstice sunrise from my roof..
Dinner? Why, it’s shish kabob.
And breakfast Sunday is going to be mainly biscuits cooked on my rocket stove outside. With some homemade orange marmalade. And some coconut milk. I’m not sure about that last one but it was a special request.
No, we’re not doing sex. Neither of the ladies is into threesomes. We’re just going to cuddle and sleep and greet the sun on the solstice.
There will be other bits on Saturday and Sunday, but those I will do alone.
