NeoNote — First lesson
❝Fair warning. If you persist, you're going to feel very foolish and personally attacked. It will be due entirely to your own actions, although you will bend over backwards to blame the commenters here. I know you won't be thinking about this rationally because you believe you have a greater truth to pass along.
Walk away. It's not worth the pain you'll inflict on yourself.
If you could be bothered to ask about Divinity in general, I'd say that my personal path doesn't recognize a sharp division between the universe and Divinity. Or between humanity and our Elder Relatives. We were given a Spark of Divinity, it's up to us to Manifest and pass it along.
But you're not up to dealing with that. No, this is the drive-by, where you drop "ultimate truths" and then Run Away Really Fast, all while congratulating yourself on your courage for facing those Nasty Unbelievers.
Of course, you could stop trying to preach and actually pay attention to what people are willing to share. You might even learn something.
You're trying to put your labels on my belief.
More accurately, you're trying to cram my gods and my experience behind your godmask.
So here's your first lesson. The Divine is beyond human understanding or limits. What you choose to perceive is the godmask that protects your safety. As long as you huddle behind what someone else has told you about Divinity, you'll always be less than you could be.
Gods make you stretch.
Now now. The price of this talk is that you have to let go of the Story at least for a little bit. Stop depending on what you've been taught and start looking for what you don't know.
See there you go again. I tell you that you have to let go and then you grab tighter. You sought us out, you decided to confront us. You don't get to decide the rules we use. But if you want to learn, you'll have to give up the rules you know.
Do you have courage enough?
Arguments?
Why should I argue? I'm not trying to justify anything.
I'm just pointing out some of the things you don't know.❞
