Peachy
I love the green leaves in the rain. And the smells, oh yes, the smells. The rain in the desert opens a thousand odors. It’s amazing. It’s arousing.
But the unworldly bit is the peach sunset. It doesn’t happen often, usually it’s a peach sunrise. The dust and the humidity have to be exactly right and the sunlight has to be the perfect angle. When all that happens, it’s like everything Glows Slightly Peach. It only lasts for a little while. Last night it lasted for about twenty minutes.
Cameras can’t do justice to it, you have to see it and experience it.
Rain, earth, sky, and light.
Hard to go wrong there.
