And with a press of the mouse key, he brings the new website online - Updated Again"Poof! There it is!"
The good news is that you can FINALLY see the new
site design.
And yes, I am incredibly proud of it. The bad news is that because of some corrupted templates which I don't have time to fix right now, the Archive, Year, and Day pages are not working yet. I am pressed for time and I want to launch the new look which is already more than a week late. I have not published any updates since last week, although I have made a couple of posts since. So I will work on those last bugs this afternoon. UPDATE: OK, now that one is puzzling. The Previous and Next links seem to have disappeared. Another bug to fix. UPDATE OF THE UPDATE: That business with Previous and Next seems to have fixed itself. So why is it green? asks my email. Simple answer is because I like green. I'd say that it is less green than it was before. The difference is that the green now is more of a highlight than flat statement of fact. It's more organic and texture oriented. Green is notoriously difficult to work with on the web, there are very few websites that pull it off consistently. It was a challenge to find the right combinations to work together. It's not that the site is green, it is that the site is filled with green things. Also yellows, browns, a couple of purples, lots of grays, and cayenne and mocha for the links. The TPY green and the link colors haven't changed since Technopagan Yearnings became a blog. Oh, and about the logo banner. I haven't chosen the final one yet, but I needed something to start. That being said, I am leaning towards this one. The web addy works best for one thing.

Pagan philosopher, libertarian, and part-time trouble maker, NeoWayland looks at keeping truths alive despite a wash of nonsense. But don't be surprised when he's doing the "nekkid Pagan guy" thing.
