Obviously I didn't attend this conference myself, but I have been talking with
a few who did. Among my friends in the Christian ministry, I'm known as someone
who will give a straight answer about unconventional religions. Even if that
answer is "I don't know."
Philip Clayton was not one of my professors, but I know some things about his work and his teachings. Yes, you now know one of my deep dark secrets. Both Mom and Dad came from the Southern Baptist traditions, but became Methodists later in life. I was raised mostly Methodist, that was the church that I started attending regularly, and that was the ministry I studied. Anyway, pay close attention to that "bottom-up" structure of "Church 2.0."
