Occasionally I wandered in where I was not wanted and gave truthful answers.
Sometimes I even did it deliberately. A little disruption now can prevent disaster later.

Under the full Moon

Yeah, all those werewolf stories? They were about sex. Red Riding Hood? Also about sex. This one is labeled Beauty and the Beast and it's obviously about the sex.

And if you want to know more about why blood and gore and violence is sometimes about the sex, well, that will take more time and space than I have here. Let's just say that some people are aroused by blood and gore and violence and leave it at that. Now, whether someone indulges those desires in a way that hurts unwilling people, that's a character test. And again, much more than I want to go into here.

No, what I want to talk about is the shapeshifting fetish. Sex with a non-human who can change form. It's a common theme in folklore and mythology. Even if we don't always want to acknowledge it.

You didn't really think that the three bears were actually bears, did you?

I don't know why the idea of shapeshifter sex is so appealing. I know that it is for some people, including me. I suspect part of it may be escape, the idea of sex without consequences and without cost. Part of it is the lure of the Mysterious, the Unknown. And part of it may be memory. After all, teenagers find their bodies beyond control.

Stephen King once observed that vampires were about oral sex with nothing below the waistline involved.

But the were, it's full sex, overwhelming power and uncontrollable animal instinct set loose on the World. Of course it's sexy. Of course it's passionate. Of course it's arousing. Of course it's… fiction?

Ah, now that is a question, isn't it? And it leads into questions about astral sex and what form a dream may take and spirit shapes. Perhaps those are questions best left for later.

Now I am just going to show you a picture of Beauty and the Beast. Having sex.

Just something to think about.

I’m a naturist in both senses of the word. Life doesn’t always need clothes. I admire the human body. I hope you can too.
